Photolippi does not offer refunds under any circumstances once the customer has received the completed digital files from Photolippi. By accepting the delivered files, you acknowledge that the service has been fulfilled, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided. 2. Refunds for Non-Delivered Files
If you have placed an order and have not received the completed files from Photolippi within 24 hours of the expected delivery time, you are eligible for a full 100% refund of the purchase price, excluding any applicable transaction fees.
